W3C ~ (World Wide Web Consortium)- An influential group of interested parties who agree what is and isn’t official- HTML. Originally WWWC but W3C is a lot easier to say. W9 (n)~ An official form issued by the US Internal Revenue Service that is used to provide a payee’s taxation identification number to a payer.
